There is no rehearsal on Tuesday, April 5th, as we have an opportunity to go to WRWD radio station in Poughkeepsie and record the National Anthem to be played on the air! This is a chance to get our name out there as well as showcase our kids.
Those singers able to participate, please be at WRWD by 4pm. (time is of the essence, as the station closes at 5pm)
Directions:
Take 9W over the Mid-Hudson Bridge into Poughkeepsie and keep going straight. (This road is called the E/W Arterial or NY55/Rt44) Keep to Rt44 as it bears left. (NY55 will go right) After you pass Walgreens, take a left onto Burnett Blvd. Keep going straight – the name changes to Tucker Drive, but it is the same road. You will see a bus barn on the right, then the Clear Channel Radio station is the next right. (The official address is 20 Tucker Drive – feel free to Google Maps it – you can see an aerial view, too).
